- Have access to comparable or better replacement tickets, or the option to receive a full refund in the rare instance there's an issue with the original order

Frequently asked questions
How do I know if my tickets are real?
Our policies require sellers to only list valid tickets, provide accurate information in the ticket listing, and fulfill orders with the correct tickets in time for the event. Since most tickets on SeatShift are resale tickets, some of your ticket details, including price and name, may vary from your order details. For most events, your tickets retain the original buyer's name and the face value of the ticket (the original price the seller paid). This is okay for event entry.
Is SeatShift a reliable ticket marketplace?
Yes! SeatShift is a legitimate, regulated, and reliable ticket marketplace to buy and sell tickets. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, you can find quick answers on our support page or reach out to our customer support team.
What happens if my event is cancelled?
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you are entitled to a credit greater than the amount paid or a full refund. We will contact you as soon as we are informed of the cancellation.
